- Drive CRM transformation initiatives across multiple systems and stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical teams to shape solutions
- Contribute to architecture decisions, trade-offs, and system design standards

- Mentor team members and help build internal CRM and SAP Cloud capabilities
- Experience with enterprise CRM platforms:

- SAP (CRM, S/4, Sales/Service Cloud)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Oracle CX or similar
- Strong understanding of:
- CRM processes (Sales, Service, Customer Lifecycle)
- System integrations (APIs, middleware, data sync)
- Enterprise system design/architecture thinking
- Experience working in:
- consulting
- system implementation
- or complex cross-functional environments
- Ability to lead discussions around:
- solution design
- architecture decisions
- system trade-offs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
You do NOT need prior SAP Sales/Service Cloud experience.
If you’ve worked with Salesforce, Dynamics, Oracle, or other CRM platforms and understand how to design systems, we’ll support your transition into SAP.

- Solution Architect
- CRM Lead
- Senior Consultant
- Exposure to:
