Forum Financial Management, LP is a rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisory Firm (RIA) with more than $9.0 billion in assets under management. We are looking to add a Client Service Associate to join our office. The primary role is direct client contact to service new and existing accounts while working with the Financial Advisors who have the primary client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Client Facing
· Produce, complete and track all paperwork associated with advisory accounts from initial account set-up through completion and transfer of assets, as well as client meetings and ongoing service
· Coordinate day-to-day operational work
· Helps Financial Advisors prepare for initial and ongoing client appointments
· Answer incoming client service calls regarding accounts
· Provide ongoing service (in the office or phone at advisor’s request) in accordance with company and vendor policies, practices and services
· Update and enter all client notes in client relationship management database as he/she works on each client file
· Oversee rollovers, account transfers, and account distributions
· Maintain contact with clients and vendors through confirmation that all accounts have been opened, transfers have been completed and reports sent out
· Ongoing maintenance of client files (hard and electronic)
· Discusses client concerns with Financial Advisor - keeps him/her apprised of any issues
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
· Familiar with paperwork and processes of TD Ameritrade or Charles Schwab is a plus
· Bachelor’s degree
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Experienced working in a Registered Investment Advisory firm or operations for a Securities Broker-Dealer
