Summary:

In this role, you will lead enterprise culture transformation initiatives that strengthen employee experience, belonging, engagement, wellbeing, and organizational performance. You will bring the organization’s Values and Employee Value Proposition to life through scalable programs, enterprise wellness strategies, and data-driven solutions. You will partner across Benefits, HR, Employee Experience & Culture, and business leadership to translate workforce insights into action, embed culture and wellbeing throughout the employee lifecycle, and lead sustainable organizational change.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead enterprise culture transformation initiatives that strengthen employee experience, engagement, retention, productivity, and organizational performance.

  • Design and execute an enterprise wellness strategy with measurable outcomes and demonstrated return on investment.

  • Create scalable programs that activate organizational Values and the Employee Value Proposition across the employee lifecycle.

  • Partner with Benefits, HR, Employee Experience & Culture, and business leaders to integrate culture, belonging, and wellbeing into workforce practices.

  • Lead employee listening and engagement strategies and translate workforce insights and sentiment data into actionable improvements.

  • Direct large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment, adoption, and sustainable change.

  • Establish metrics and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities, and communicate business impact.

  • Influence senior leaders and clients through clear recommendations, facilitation, and executive-level communication.

  • Manage external partners, program budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver scalable and effective solutions.

  • Evaluate and apply innovative approaches, including AI-enabled capabilities, to strengthen employee experience and organizational outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • 3 or more years of leadership experience preferred, including leadership of enterprise programs, initiatives, or teams is required.

  • Experience developing enterprise wellness strategies with measurable outcomes and return on investment is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation and change initiatives.

  • Strong strategic planning, program design, project management, and execution skills.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including experience with employee listening or sentiment analysis.

  • Excellent facilitation, influence, and executive communication skills.

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and cross-functional business partners.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.
