Universal Energy Solutions is seeking a meticulous and analytical Custom Pricing Analyst to join our team in Gainesville, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and developing custom pricing strategies that align with our business goals and market demands. You will work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to analyze pricing data, assess market trends, and support sales initiatives with tailored pricing solutions.

As a Custom Pricing Analyst, your insights will directly influence the competitiveness and profitability of our energy products and services. You will leverage data analysis and market research to recommend pricing structures that meet customer needs while maintaining company objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to develop custom pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to prepare accurate pricing proposals.
  • Evaluate pricing requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor competitors’ pricing and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Maintain pricing databases and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to support business growth and pricing initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or related roles is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the energy industry is an advantage but not required.
