This is a collaborative, project-based internship where you’ll work across teams to turn complex information into simple, helpful resources. You’ll also explore how AI can enhance content creation and help us scale knowledge more effectively. If you enjoy writing, organizing information, and improving how people learn, this is a great opportunity to build meaningful, real-world experience.

You’ll report to our Senior Content Manager and partner closely with teams across Product, Support, and Customer Success.

What You’ll Do
  • Connect with internal teams to learn how our products work and how customers use them in real scenarios
  • Turn conversations and raw information into clear, structured content like help articles, FAQs, and internal guides
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation and improve how we document knowledge

  • Build a foundational understanding of our products and the customer journey
  • Contribute to additional content and enablement projects as needed

What You Bring
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A sharp eye for detail, especially when editing and proofreading
  • The ability to break down complex or technical topics into clear, user-friendly language
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfort working independently and collaborating with a team
  • Interest in using AI tools to create and improve content
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools

What Will Help You Stand Out
  • Experience with documentation or knowledge base tools like Confluence, Zendesk, or Notion
  • Exposure to SaaS products or technical environments
  • Interest in video content creation or scripting

Education & Eligibility
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field preferred)
  • Interest in content creation, knowledge management, or customer experience

Why This Role Matters
The work you do will directly impact how customers learn, solve problems, and succeed with Daxko. You’ll help create content that empowers self-service, reduces friction, and improves the overall customer experience — while building skills in content strategy, AI tools, and cross-functional collaboration.

Work Environment
  • This role involves extended time working on a computer
