We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and guidance to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing effective solutions. You will also play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products or services. This position requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering) - must
  • Strong technical background with Proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, preferably in the information security industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
