Job Description

We are looking for a dependable person who enjoys working in a team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and be committed to providing excellent customer service to Abbvie customers and sales representatives. This role requires thinking creatively and working with others in customer operations to find solutions to customer problems. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries, requests, and issues.
  • Investigate and follow up on customer requests.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a courteous and professional approach.
  • Place orders received through various channels.
  • Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attentively listen to customer needs and questions, responding appropriately.
  • Processing daily open orders and ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to proactively resolve customer needs.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

Skills and Abilities:

  • Goal-oriented with a positive and curious outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Capacity to manage and lead multiple tasks/projects independently.
  • Proficient problem solver with the ability to make quality decisions.

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at thetime of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographiclocation, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. ​

  • We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.​

  • This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs. ​
