The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Customer Feedback Analyst at Turquoise Health, you will collect, analyze, and report on user feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collect feedback from customers through surveys, interviews, and other channels
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights
- Prepare reports and recommendations for product and customer success teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
- Track the impact of changes based on feedback
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, customer experience, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, survey tools, and data analysis software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
