The Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Business Analyst is responsible for translating business reporting and measurement needs into actionable analytics requirements within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. This role plays a key part in Adobe Analytics (AA) to CJA migration initiatives by documenting reporting logic, validating component recreation, and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
Because migration utilities do not fully translate AA Workspace components into CJA, this role requires strong familiarity with analytics reporting structures and the ability to interpret projects, segments, and calculated metrics so they can be accurately recreated in CJA. The analyst must understand Adobe Analytics configuration concepts — including marketing channels, processing rules, and classifications — to support continuity of measurement.
You will collaborate with analytics teams, developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy, usability, and adoption within the CJA environment.
