This role is critical in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate billing, effective communication with customers, and timely accounts receivable support. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate billing, effective communication with customers, and timely accounts receivable support. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing and fulfillment activities from order entry to delivery
- Provide responsive and professional communication to customers regarding order status, delays, or issues
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints on time.
- Support billing processes and ensure accuracy in invoicing
- Collaborate with the accounting team to assist with accounts receivable follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and update order statuses in the ERP system
- Identify and escalate process improvements or operational challenges
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment and billing workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
