Mandate:

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development and Sales, the Customer Relationship Manager will serve as the key liaison between our sales representatives and the operations team. In this role, you will support existing accounts while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through both inside and outside sales outreach. Responsibilities include preparing customer quotes, maintaining and updating databases, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service. Additional duties involve responding to customer inquiries, conducting customer review calls, and fulfilling other tasks assigned by the company. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales or operations experience in a 3PL freight forwarding environment 
  • Experience in ocean, air, ground, brokerage, or warehousing is considered an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is considered an asset 
  • Knowledge of current air and ocean service offerings for transatlantic shipments to the United States will be considered an asset
  • Travel may be required

Salary range: USD $70,000–80,000
