The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional, and timely assistance through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. The CSR answers questions, resolves customer concerns, processes requests, maintains accurate records, and works with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved effectively. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other designated channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, accounts, policies, pricing, and procedures.
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve complaints and service issues while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, payments, cancellations, account updates, and other customer requests as applicable.

  • Follow up with customers regarding unresolved questions, orders, or service requests.
  • Escalate complex, sensitive, urgent, or unresolved issues to supervisors or the appropriate department.
  • Coordinate with departments such as billing, operations, sales, shipping, and technical support to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, procedures, policies, and promotions.
  • Explain policies and procedures clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner.
