Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative you will be exposed to a plethora of enterprise level technologies. You will be required to learn, ask questions, work on interesting problems, answer phone calls from clients, generate and compile reports, but most of all have fun and enjoy yourself. IPsoft CSRs will be exposed to all verticals including, but not limited to, Linux, Unix, Networking, Databases, Windows. In the morning you could be dealing with cloud architecture issues, by lunch resolving a global networking problem, and wrapping up your day creating automations. Every day new and exciting opportunities present themselves.   

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • CSR must have excellent customer service skills and the ability 
  • To extract information from end user to create accurate problem 
  • Record to minimize resolution time for a senior engineer.
Requirements:
  • Lives for technology and wants to learn as much as possible.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Organized critical thinker.
  • Enjoys being part of a team and helping out where needed.
