This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicago, Il, for a Customer Solutions Engineer. Qualifications

  • 3+ years working directly with external customers in technical engagements
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in live or field environments
  • Hands-On Engineering Experience in Production
  • Experience with System Integration and deployment processes
  • Familiarity with Operating Systems and their configurations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to Translate Business Problems to Technical Solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
