We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who understands enterprise recruiting and complex stakeholder environments, and can guide Fortune 500 clients to maximize adoption, ROI, and strategic impact with our AI Recruiter platform.
What You’ll DoOwn the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients — from onboarding to ongoing account management.
Lead enterprise-scale implementations, including multi-region deployments, integrations with HRIS/ATS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle), and compliance/security reviews (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, NYC Local Law 144).
Develop executive-level success plans that align Symbal’s AI Recruiters to each client’s strategic hiring initiatives (DEI, global talent expansion, cost reduction).
Train and enable client teams across Talent Acquisition, People Ops, IT, and Compliance on how to maximize usage and performance of Symbal’s AI Recruiters.
Analyze and present ROI metrics — sourcing velocity, cost per hire, time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, retention — to demonstrate value and secure renewals or expansions.
Be the voice of the customer internally, influencing Symbal’s product roadmap with enterprise needs and ensuring compliance and security requirements are met.
Drive adoption and upsell new modules (AI Sourcing, AI Reference Check, AI Coach) based on evolving client priorities.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless experience across all stages of enterprise deployment.
5–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles serving enterprise or Fortune 500 clients at a B2B SaaS company.
Proven expertise managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with global reach and high compliance/security expectations.
Strong project management and executive communication skills; comfortable presenting to VP and C-Suite stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset — adept at building dashboards, analyzing KPIs, and presenting performance insights at QBRs.
Deep familiarity with enterprise HR and recruiting technology stacks and processes.
Passion for AI and enterprise transformation and an eagerness to drive adoption of transformative tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage competing priorities across multiple large accounts.
