About the role
In this role you will be responsible for managing our current customer base. You will onboard new customers, build relationships, understand their business needs and ultimately help them drive success in their companies through Cargado.
You will make a huge impact on not only our customers’ business but on Cargado in building out our customer success motion for scale.
What you’ll do
Lead high-impact onboarding sessions that set up customers for long-term success
Act as a trusted advisor, developing deep relationships, understanding customer goals, and helping them realize value from Cargado
Drive adoption and engagement across customer accounts; proactively identify ways we can deliver even more value
Analyze usage patterns and surface actionable insights to improve customer performance
Serve as the "voice of the customer", sharing feedback with our Product and Engineering teams to help drive platform improvements.
Collaborate with senior customer stakeholders to share performance insights and ensure alignment with their business goals
About you
2+ years of experience in a consultative, customer-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success Management, etc.), with at least 2 years at a B2B SaaS company.
Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction, engagement and retention
1+ year of experience in a Freight brokerage preferred
Highly adaptable and energized by change — you thrive in fast-paced startup environments
Location: Chicago, Hybrid with in office 3 times a week
Can be up to 20% travel to visit key clients; may include travel to Mexico and Canada
