The Position
We are seeking Customer Success Managers (CSM) to leverage their interpersonal skills and financial knowledge to help clients utilize YCharts to its fullest. Additionally, CSMs work across departments, such as Accounting, Marketing, Product, and Sales, to ensure proper client support while looking for opportunities for growth. You will foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure they derive maximum value from our product. You will also act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers, guiding them through onboarding, providing ongoing support, and proactively addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with new clients to drive product adoption while building strong relationships and staying attuned to their needs to maintain high retention rates.
- Collaborate with sales partners to identify and nurture new, or existing, growth opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate our existing clients on different features and workflows.
- Customize user experiences by configuring integrations, managing PDF reports, and creating tailored client groups and configurations.
- Monitor account health, drive proactive usage campaigns, and share scalable, value-driven content with customers regularly.
- Forecast and drive renewals on your growing book of business by proactively demonstrating value, addressing concerns, and ensuring customers are positioned for success.
- Serve as a liaison between Customer Success and Product Management to advocate for customer priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related.
- 3-7 years of experience in fintech, client success, finance or wealth management, or data-driven account management roles.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment analytics, including quantitative analysis of Equities, ETFs, and Mutual Funds.
- Track record of leveraging technology solutions to build and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Experience translating complex financial data into actionable insights for clients.
