Position Summary

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships and ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of company solutions.

The Customer Success Manager will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure that services and products are delivered effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government and commercial clients.

Customer Support

Address client questions, issues, and service requests in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Implementation & Coordination

Assist clients with product implementation and service onboarding.
Ensure project deliverables are met and aligned with client expectations.

Account Growth

Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
Support contract renewals and client retention initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years experience in customer success, account management, or client services.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and client management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with government or enterprise clients.
Background supporting technology or engineering solutions.

Work Environment

Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable).
