Snapsheet is a mobile enterprise startup that is disrupting the outdated auto insurance claims process and turning a $120B market on its head. We have locked up contracts with top insurance carriers and are entering hyper-growth mode. We are building an elite team and looking for a Customer Success Specialist.

What You'll Do

  • Exhibit high urgency around handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to manage difficult customers while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Manage and set expectations for customers around required information across 10 or more carriers
  • Feel comfortable using CRM technology to log all customer interaction
  • Meet and strive to exceed individual monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring electronic data for established customers
  • Maintain detailed files for documentation

What You Have

  • College degree in communications, marketing or similar degree 
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Major plus
  • Experience with an Insurance call center and/or general insurance knowledge a plus
  • Expert understanding of customer service process
  • Desire to work in a startup environment, with proactive mindset and minimum need for supervision
  • Persistence and determination to deliver results
  • Excellent communication and management abilities
  • Well organized and strong work ethic
  • Outgoing, personable and fun
