You'll be great for this role if you...
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Operations, or related field-or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Program Management, or related roles in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong analytical and data skills: advanced Excel, proficiency with BI tools like Looker or Tableau; SQL experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience managing complex programs using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Deep understanding of customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and ability to apply them practically.
- Demonstrated success in prioritizing work, managing multiple initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment.
Nice to Have:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with post-merger integration within Customer Success, Operations, or Revenue organizations.
- Familiarity with change management principles and transformation programs.
