Associate Account Manager

The Associate Account Manager will focus primarily on assisting the kCura Enterprise Sales team in a variety of areas all contributing to the growth and support of Relativity Enterprise clients. An Associate Account Manager will work directly with and for the Director, Enterprise Sales.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to devise sales support strategy for enterprise clients
• Prepare post presentation follow up materials
• Respond to client questions/requests
• Become a Relativity expert, and learn to clearly communicate solutions to current and/or prospective clients from within the application
• Learn, master and improve upon, the Relativity demo
• Prepare enterprise agreements for Enterprise Account Managers
• Assist in the answering of RFPs
• Develop sales, marketing, and project management tools to assist the channel in the marketplace
• Participate with Account Managers on client calls
• Potentially travel with Account Managers to visit and participate with Enterprise clients
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years of experience within a sales or customer-service role
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time and prioritize accordingly
• Technical background a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a minimal amount of supervision
• A plan/methodology for building strong customer relationships
