Groupon’s mission is to become the daily habit in local commerce and fulfill our purpose of building strong communities through thriving small businesses by connecting people to a vibrant, global marketplace for local services, experiences and goods. In the process, we’re positively impacting the lives of millions of customers and merchants globally. Even with thousands of employees spread across multiple continents, we still maintain a culture that inspires innovation, rewards risk-taking and celebrates success. If you want to take more ownership of your career, then you're ready to be part of Groupon.
The Health, Beauty, Wellness Booking team is responsible for the onboarding and ongoing relationship management of booking merchants within the vertical. You’ll help ensure that merchant campaigns launch smoothly and that necessary changes are made to campaigns. You will have an in-depth view of inventory levels and will be involved in audits and inventory reviews to ensure consistency in merchant set up and experience.
As a Booking Account Specialist, you are the face of implementation and escalations, representing and advocating for their perspectives internally. You’ll identify opportunities as Groupon's booking initiative evolves, to introduce new features and processes. In addition to merchant success, you will play a key role in merchant retention through excellent service and strategic conversations through their lifecycle. Your efforts will help the booking initiative grow through happy merchants who truly understand the value we bring.
