The Role

  • Own user issues through various channels, such as phone, email, live chat, and social, from start to resolution.
  • Use technical ability to master trading platforms, internal tools, and systems.
  • Troubleshoot incoming issues to determine the severity and escalate when needed.
  • Think creatively and passionately about the ways in which we can make every user interaction as meaningful as possible.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and innovation of the company through ideas and participation in collaborative team projects.
  • Contribute to team goals by focusing on CSAT ratings and response time.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 2+ years experience resolving user issues via phone and email 
  • Flexible to work from home one Sunday per month from 4pm - 6pm 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and helpful by nature
  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality
  • Works well under pressure and able to maintain composure in difficult situations
  • Quick technical learner, who retains important information and can adapt well to change
