What you’ll bring:
- At least five years of Technical Business Analysis, Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, and/or Product Management experience with highly engaged external partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build and leverage relationships at all levels across the company and with external business partners
- Ability to bridge gaps between customers, sales and development teams with strong business acumen and quantitative/analytical problem solving skills
- Understanding of web based architecture and B2B integrations including Web Services, HTTP protocols, XML/HTML, and programming/scripting
What we’d prefer to see:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field
- Experience in the financial services industry (banking or credit)
- Experience working in an Agile environments (SAFe preferred)
- Technical knowledge of Single Sign On technologies (i.e. SAML 2.0 ) and certificate based encryption
Impact you’ll make:
- You’ll work on a cross-functional team that maintains CreditView, a web-based real-time financial product, that help consumers manage their credit, identity, and money
- You will be the primary CreditView SME contact for all external business partner communication and meetings including fielding partner requests maintaining long-term working relationships
- You’ll partner with external clients and internal sales/technical teams during pre-sales, onboarding, development and product launch phases to manage new and existing partnerships
- You will participate in contract refinement, product and business requirements documentation, and progress tracking of ongoing CreditView projects
- You will work closely with Product and sales team to develop strategies and increase value for customer solutions and help identify new product opportunities
- You’ll be a liaison between partners and sales/product/development teams to manage expectations and timelines to guide/make recommendations and requests on both sides of a project with ability to have the “tough” conversations when needed to ensure optimal collaboration
