Job Overview

The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing world-class customer service to members, ensuring their primary concerns are satisfied. The individual in this role will ensure that member needs are addressed quickly with responses delivered in a timely manner. 

This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days presence in our Chicago office

What you’ll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)
    • Answer and respond to high-volume inbound calls and emails from Rewards Network members daily; assist with account questions and provide information related to a member’s account
    • Serve as subject matter expert for various loyalty rewards programs with Rewards Network and other partner brands when assisting with member inquiries 
    • Analyze member account issues, troubleshoot, and negotiate resolutions
    • Assist in processing missing dining benefit transactions
    • All other duties as defined by management
Do you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements)
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • At least 2 years of inbound call center or customer service experience
    • Experience using call center computer software
    • AS400 system experience preferred
    • Ability to type 30 WPM
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and internet search engines
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail
