We are currently looking for a motivated Turkish-speaking Call Operator to join our remote customer support team. This role is ideal for communicative and customer-oriented individuals who can provide professional support and handle client interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Turkish
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

- Escalate complex cases when necessary
Requirements & Qualifications
- Turkish – native or fluent
- English – B2 level or above is a plus
- Previous customer support or call center experience is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and good computer skills
