Job Summary:
Keeper is seeking a creative, passionate and driven RPF Administrator to join our dynamic business development team. Your talent and participation would be valued and help move the company forward with winning proposals and elevated marketing collateral.This position will report to the VP Of Global Sales and interface with Sales and Engineering staff to prepare detailed technical proposals and tracking proposal information for the Keeper business system.
Responsibilities:
Review RFP/bid requirements and manage fulfillment of all requirements to ensure compliance and responsiveness
Prepare all RFP responses and coordinate with graphic design, as needed, to maximize aesthetics in accordance with the company’s branding guidelines
Implement and manage activities for proposal planning and development within the organization, focusing on all possible avenues to construct a compliant continued growth.
Collaborate with members of the sales, marketing, portfolio management, product strategy, operations, compliance, design and legal team members to ensure strategy specific content is complete, accurate and timely.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree preferred, but not required if you are talented and can show a strong creative portfolio that showcases your work and software expertise
Strong writing and editing skills for a wide range of audiences
Effective time management and organization skills
Superb attention to detail
Excellent vocabulary and ability to learn and apply technical terms quickly
Exceptional listening and note-taking abilities.
Ability to transfer disparate information into cohesive narratives for internal review and activation.
Highly organized, detail oriented, with proven ability to organize fast moving inputs into useful frameworks for review and follow up.
Demonstrated ability to offer strategic and analytical thinking related to communications challenges.
Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce and other PM tools as needed.
Builder of relationships with co-workers, collaborators and clients.
Preferred Requirements:
Cybersecurity experience preferred.
Ability to conduct contract monitoring reviews and evaluations.
Ability to prepare detailed compliance reports.
Ability to interpret contract compliance requirements to potential and current vendors.
Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
