Align with customers, partners, and internal teams, creating solutions to drive business value.
Responsibilities:- Design complex Cybersecurity solutions to fix a diverse range of business problems for large variety of client verticals, using the best technology solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Assist in the business development life cycle by serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to identify and qualify current Cybersecurity offerings and validate emerging product offerings.
- Assist in the development of Cybersecurity sales positioning and go to market strategies and deliver sales enablement training to localized sales teams.
- Become the client’s trusted technical advisor on major projects for key accounts and establish relationship with client independent of the account manager.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with clients; interact at all levels within the client organization.
- Discuss client business goals and provide evaluation and direction in both operational processes and technical architectures.
- Lead the development of formalized Cybersecurity solution methodologies and delivery strategies.
- Write proposals, reports, and general project documentation.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships within the Cybersecurity channel.
- Build and maintain a repository of deliverables, methodologies, and business development documents.
- Development of level of effort and cost estimations for completion of product solutions.
- Development of Statement of Work (SOW) documentation for the completion of product solutions.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of core technology services and design of the most complex solutions across a broad range of client verticals.
- Mastery of network protocols and design.
- Mastery knowledge of Cybersecurity technology services and design of the most complex solutions across a broad range of customer verticals.
- Mastery knowledge of Cybersecurity upgrade components and requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity cloud portfolio preferred.
- Strong ability to interpret client Cybersecurity challenges and issues and be able to translate into technical solutions.
- Broad-based technology understanding and competence in multiple technologies and solutions.
- Strong understanding of data center technologies and how they apply to the underlying Cybersecurity Infrastructure compute/storage design.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field experience.
5+ years advanced Cybersecurity design and implementation experience and client-facing solution-based selling. Proven work experience dealing with major client accounts.
CertificationsCybersecurity specialized level in multi-vendor and product technologies. CCNP-Security certified, CISSP, minimum of CCNP-Security certified. Multiple higher-level certifications, and cross-trained on other non-Cisco vendors’ products, as applicable (F5 201, NSE 4-8, PCNSE, AWS Security).
