At Bookyourdata, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our vast databases, ensuring the quality and integrity of data, and assisting in the development of data management systems and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and quality of data in our databases.
- Manage and maintain effective data backups, security, and integrity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with different teams to collect new data and ensure it is correctly inputted and stored.
- Monitor data entry procedures for compliance with internal controls.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to optimize data management and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Administrator, Database Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining.
- Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access) and database systems.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science or relevant field.
