The Data Analyst should understand how information flows across different business processes and systems, and how to use that information to support business objectives. The ideal candidate would have had a technical and data background but has also worked in a business analysis role.

- Data Analysis:
- Demonstrates an understanding of data modeling (relationships, data types, tables, etc.) and analytics concepts (queries, reporting, association of data sources)
- Interprets requirements and translates them into data requirements (interfaces, data transformation, etc) for standard projects
- Leverages standardized database templates designed for collection, tracking, and reporting to facilitate analysis
- Communication Skills:
- Adept at verbal presentation at the manager/director level
- Explains standard concepts comfortably at the customer/manager level
- Creates deliverable templates and prepares written materials
- Expresses independent view constructively, even when others disagree
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Creates work products using standard software packages (Visio, Word, Excel)

- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles, working with large or complex datasets to support business decision making
- 4+ years of experience in SQL: extracting, transforming, validating, and optimizing data from multiple data sources
- Experience working with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
Preferred Qualification:
- 2+ years of experience with Python
- 2+ years of experience with Power BI/Tableau
- 2+ years of experience partnering on data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and scalable reporting solutions with working knowledge of data engineering concepts
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and provider networks
