Job Purpose
The Data Analyst will transform complex data into actionable insights that elevate business strategies and outcomes. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data trends, and communicating the results to stakeholders to support key decisions and future planning.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and optimize data structures, acquisition processes, and integration pipelines.
  • Develop tools and solutions for managing and analyzing enterprise data environments.
  • Maintain high standards for data governance, quality assurance, and privacy compliance.
  • Provide analytical support and technical guidance to engineering and business teams.
  • Perform data extraction, cleansing, and statistical analysis.
  • Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business presentations.
  • Identify trends, insights, and anomalies that drive performance improvements.
  • Partner with leadership to understand business goals and define data-driven strategies.
  • Improve and streamline data collection and analysis methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Skilled in evaluating databases and recommending improved technical solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
  • Background working with large-scale data systems and relational database technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large datasets to support business initiatives.
