POSITION SUMMARY
Since Axiom Space is a highly complex and fast‑moving environment, we are seeking a resilient, high‑energy, and highly skilled Enterprise Data Analyst – Power BI Developer to contribute to our data‑driven initiatives. This role will focus on transforming enterprise data into trusted, scalable analytics solutions that empower informed decision‑making across the organization.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data analysis, SQL, Alteryx, and data visualization, with hands‑on experience developing production Power BI solutions. You will design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, perform data cleansing and transformation, and generate actionable insights to support business outcomes. This role is responsible for executing analytics and reporting deliverables using enterprise Power BI datasets and semantic models, working in close partnership with the Power BI product owner, fellow Data Analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with defined standards, priorities, and governance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that generate actionable business insights, translating enterprise data into clear narratives through trends, patterns, anomalies, and key performance indicators, in alignment with established standards and priorities.
Design and establish robust data models and program database mapping systems to perform data verification, cleansing, and enhancement.
Develop and enhance databases using SQL programming and Python, ensuring optimized performance and scalability.
Utilize tools like Alteryx, MS Excel macros, or similar platforms to create advanced data analytics, statistical reports, and dashboards for management presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate data remediation activities and gather detailed requirements from stakeholders effectively.
Support and manage data migration and integration initiatives between various enterprise systems to ensure seamless operations.

Education & Experience
Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in data management within an enterprise environment.
Proficiency in Excel, with experience in Macros and VBA considered a plus.
Strong ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries across various data sources.
Hands-on experience with Alteryx or similar data analytics software.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices is preferred.
Proven ability to design and manage data visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
