You will:
- Design & Develop Power BI Dashboards: Create dynamic, user-friendly dashboards that bring data to life in Power BI, enabling clients to make confident, data-driven decisions. Our dashboards are not only about line charts and tables – they are about telling the story;
- Develop and maintain Data Architecture for Power BI: Build end-to-end data pipelines optimized for Power BI—connecting to SQL/APIs, designing ETL workflows, and developing data warehouses to ensure seamless reporting. Ensure seamless automation;
- Drive data analytics projects (depending on experience): Support or lead analytics initiatives - from gathering and cleaning data to delivering insights that create real business impact;
- Communicate insights clearly: Present findings in a way that’s easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Explore advanced analytics (optional / growth area): If you’re interested, you can work on machine learning or statistical models for use cases like segmentation, churn prediction, or price optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, publishing models, maintaining workspaces, and report automation;
- SQL skills (intermediate level);
- Python or KNIME knowledge would be a plus, but not required;
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian, with a proven ability (or at least willingness to grow the ability) to communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences;
- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and attention to detail;
- Nice to have: statistical analysis and data science skills, with a business-oriented approach.
