Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Informatica and/or Master Data Management (MDM) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data analysis, data validation, data quality assessments, and supporting MDM implementations to ensure accurate and consistent enterprise master data.
Perform detailed data analysis and profiling to support MDM and data integration initiatives.
Analyze and validate master data domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, or Supplier.
Work closely with MDM developers to validate match, merge, and survivorship logic.
Perform data reconciliation and validation between source, staging, and target systems.
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting.
Support implementation and enhancement of Informatica MDM / PowerCenter / IDQ solutions.
Identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and duplication.
Create documentation including data mapping, data lineage, and business rules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and governance policies.
Support UAT, reporting, and production validation activities.
4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in data-driven environments.
Hands-on experience with Informatica (MDM / PowerCenter / IDQ / IICS).
Strong understanding of MDM concepts – golden record, match & merge, survivorship rules, hierarchies.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
Experience in data profiling, cleansing, and data quality analysis.
Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows.
Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
