As an Analytics Solution (Data/AI Analyst) Sr. Associate in the Commercial & Investment Bank Analytics team, you will be an integral part of a dynamic Data Analytics team supporting the bank's Digital and Platform Services function. This role involves applying AI/data knowledge and experience to identify, design, and implement key solutions that generate transparency and insights in business operations to support executive management.

As an Analytics Solution (Data/AI Analyst) Sr. Associate in the Commercial & Investment Bank Analytics team, you will be an integral part of a dynamic Data Analytics team supporting the bank's Digital and Platform Services function. This role involves applying AI/data knowledge and experience to identify, design, and implement key solutions that generate transparency and insights in business operations to support executive management.
Job Responsibilities:
- 1. Identify AI application areas for insight generation and data management.
- 2. Lead solutions development and implementations that support insight generation.
- 3. Lead prompt engineering setup and execution for AI implementations.
- 4. Serve as a subject matter expert on data analysis tools, techniques, and concepts.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field (STEM)
- 2. 3+ years of experience in data analysis, solution development, implementations or a related field.
- 3. Hands-on experience solving complex business problems using data.
- 4. Competency in data architecture, LLM, and AI concepts.
- 5. Strong communication skills.
- 6. Team player with a strong work ethic and professionalism.
- 7. Demonstrated experience in working with multiple stakeholders in a complex data environment.
- 8. Willingness and curiosity to learn new technologies, tools, and business operations.
- 9. Ability to effectively deliver insights to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 1. Master's degree preferred.
- 2. Financial services or technology/AI consulting experience.
- 3. Knowledge of data preparation processes for conversational AI .
- 4. Knowledge/Experience with Graph RAG.
- 5. Familiarity with data analytics toolsets such as Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx.
- 6. Project Management skills
