Job Description:
This role involves entering patient cost estimates, including insurance coverage, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses, into the Turquoise Health platform. The clerk ensures accurate and up-to-date cost projections for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update patient cost estimates from insurance data
- Ensure all data is compliant with healthcare pricing standards
- Process patient queries related to cost estimates
- Validate insurance coverage against provider pricing data
