The Patient Feedback Data Entry Clerk enters and organizes feedback, surveys, and customer satisfaction data gathered from patients using the Turquoise Health platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input patient feedback data from surveys into the customer experience database
  • Organize feedback by themes such as pricing transparency, provider satisfaction, and system ease-of-use
  • Analyze and flag any recurring issues for the Customer Experience team
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Assist in generating reports from feedback for analysis and decision-making
