Job Description:
The System Integration Data Entry Clerk supports the integration of third-party data into Turquoise Health’s platform, ensuring that external pricing or claims data is correctly uploaded and formatted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with uploading and integrating third-party data into the Turquoise Health system
- Ensure data from external sources is formatted correctly for the platform
- Verify that the integrated data is accurate and fully compatible with the system
- Communicate with technical teams to resolve data integration issues
- Assist in troubleshooting integration errors and resolving data conflicts
- Maintain records of all integrated data and issues encountered
