Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry/Smart Sort Specialist to join our Operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate data capture, digital logging, and physical organization of critical client files and documents. You will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality inventory management and seamless information retrieval.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

  • Data Capture & Entry: Accurately scan and enter key file information into handheld mobile devices, laptops, or scanning machines.
  • Document Review & Verification: Handle and systematically review physical files and documents to efficiently locate specific fields of information.
  • Inventory & Asset Relocation: Relocate and place files/documents into newly assigned cartons and digital tracking locations with high precision.
  • Material Handling & Warehouse Logistics: Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks and flatbed carts to move boxes and pallets throughout the workspace.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in data entry, barcode scanning, or inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of high-speed data entry protocols, with a preference for typing speeds of 10,000 Keystrokes Per Hour (KPH).
  • Proficiency in navigating handheld mobile devices, laptop computers, and scanning equipment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to safely lift and move boxes, operate manual material handling equipment, and work productively in a dynamic workspace.

What We Offer

  • Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour (Paid biweekly).
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Location: 660 Distribution Drive, Atlanta, GA.
