We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our property team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in data entry, with a preferred skillset in RMS (Risk Management Solutions) and Salesforce. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data, supporting our team's efforts to provide top-tier property insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilize RMS and Salesforce to manage and track property insurance data.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data is aligned with business needs and objectives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Proficiency in RMS (Risk Management Solutions) and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
