No prior work history is necessary. We are willing to train the right candidates! Interns will be assigned a full-time mentor and will be embedded in team projects where possible.

Data Science & Machine Learning Activities
- Python programming
- Acquiring geospatial data, find open-source software to parse data
- Researching state-of-the art ML algorithms
- Reviewing research and development (R&D) requirements and opportunities
- Assisting in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data sets.
- Developing and implementing machine learning models under the guidance of data scientists.
- Experimenting with different algorithms and techniques to solve specific problems.
- Visualizing data and presenting findings to the team.
- Collaborating with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and efficient.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required
- Major in computer science, engineering, MIS, or information technology
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Thorough understanding of internet research
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
