What You Will Do:
- Provide technical support for reporting and data solutions used by Supply Planning Management (SPM) and Legacy Claims and Returns teams.
- Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance reports, data tables, applications, and analytical solutions.
- Fulfill new and ad hoc reporting requests, including gathering requirements, identifying appropriate data sources, developing code and queries, and publishing solutions through Power BI or SAS.
- Use programming and analytical skills to develop applications and solutions that address business and reporting needs.
- Maintain and update existing SAS programs, reports, and data processes to support evolving business requirements.
- Analyze data and reporting needs to identify opportunities for improved or innovative data sets, reports, and technical solutions.
- Investigate and resolve reporting issues, including repairing and enhancing existing reports and applications.
- Lead moderately complex projects using project management, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies to manage deliverables, presentations, timelines, and project activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SPM, Legacy Claims and Returns, Policy, Warehouse Operations, and Implementation teams.
- Partner with team members and stakeholders across multiple global regions to understand requirements and deliver effective data and reporting solutions.
- Communicate technical information, project updates, analyses, and recommendations effectively to business partners and senior management.
What You Have (Basic Requirements):
- Programming Languages: Knowledge of basic concepts and capabilities of programming; ability to use tools, techniques and platforms in order to write and modify programming languages.
- Query and Database Access Tools: Knowledge of data management systems; ability to use, support and access facilities for searching, extracting and formatting data for further use.
- Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
