Job Summary:

The Data Solutions Partner Manager is responsible for supporting and expanding Surescripts’ data and analytics initiatives by managing relationships with strategic data partners of Surescripts.  The Data Solutions Partner Manager role bridges client-facing account management with the development and execution of data partnerships, helping to enable the creation and commercialization of innovative data products, addressing business problems, and advancing planned goals and strategy. The Data Solutions Partner Manager will collaborate with all groups within Surescripts most notably Finance, Data & Analytics, Product Innovation, Marketing, and Sales to drive valued results.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic data partners, understanding their needs and aligning partnership goals with Surescripts' data & analytics strategy.

  • Support the development and execution of plans to monetize data assets through partnerships.

  • Identify and manage opportunities to increase utilization and adoption of data & analytics products and services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership activities drive innovation and competitive advantage.

  • Proactively assess partnership performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement in data product adoption and utilization.

  • Track and report on partnership outcomes, including revenue, product adoption, and market penetration.

  • Translate partner business needs into service requirements

  • Develop highly effective relationships with partners and solicit feedback to bring back to internal groups

  • Coordinate pilot and early adoption opportunities with partners to increase utilization.

  • Escalate partner concerns that require intervention from management or other internal business units

  • Apply understanding of partner strategic plans and share with internal partners

  • Protect, retain, and grow partner base.

  • Identify and manage growth opportunities through lead generation to sales

  • Actively participate in the preparation and design of account reviews with Data & Analytics leadership to evaluate partner demands and product utilization

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in related, progressive roles of account management or business development
  • 1+ years of experience leading projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare technology experience
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

At Surescripts, base pay is one part of our Total Rewards Package (which may also include bonus, benefits etc.) and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is $119,600 - $146,200 per year. Your base pay may vary within or outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) your qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
