What You'll Bring
We'd Love to See:
BA or BS degree in business or equivalent. Master degree preferred.
Must have advanced skills using Microsoft Office tools such as manipulating complex Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts to provide detailed analytical reports.
Experience working with technical business units and proficiency in learning new technology is preferred under limited direction and supervision.
Requires 3+ years’ experience analyzing data and developing solutions using business analysis tools
Salesforce.com, and Tableau experience is required

Assist with managing and responding to Sales Compensation Support cases
Manage manual Sales Incentive Compensation tracking reports to identify revenue for monthly commissions
Extract and analyze data from internal systems to create revenue reports by sales teams and review variances
Support other projects as required within the Sales Effectiveness team
