Responsibilities

The Optimization team within Advanced Analytics and Consulting develops and delivers global supply chain modeling, network design, and optimization services that provide our clients with the analyses and insights needed to maximize supply chain efficiencies and performance while minimizing spend. The team is currently driving the commercialization of its existing optimization services, while also developing expanded services to support current clientele and new business growth.

This position will lead optimization services development, along with delivery of services and solutions to internal (within HAVI) and external clients. This role will provide support around the development and delivery of scalable business processes, tools, and analytics. This position will direct and aid efforts in data management, service execution and advanced analytics. 

• Support in the extraction, consolidation, and validation of all critical data inputs used to support standard Optimization engagements
• Develop business processes and tools used to streamline data collection, management and refresh activities used to ensure the highest level of data integrity
• Identify and leverage proxy data sources used to supplement and/or complement existing, available input data
• Support in the setup and development of advanced Optimization models through the use of tools, templates, and business processes.
• Collaborate with Delivery Team to successfully support Client level engagements through the execution Optimization models and results
• Collaborate with the Service Line Development Team to improve the overall effectiveness and value proposition of Optimization services by providing client level feedback and valuable insights gathered through actual experience
• Support the development and delivery of Business Analytics that drive measurable value for our Optimization clients
• Measure overall team effectiveness and identify opportunities to gain effiencies during service delivery activities.
• Drive greater expansion of Analytics services into growth markets such as Retail, CPG, and Health Care 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics / Statistics, IT, Supply Chain Management or Business Degree with Analytics.
• 2+ years of work experience performing advanced business analytics, network optimization
