Department OverviewThe Rewards COE, within HR, is responsible for global compensation and benefits. Global compensation includes 1) executive rewards, 2) broad-based compensation, and 3) equity administration.
Job Description
This is a Remote role that can be done from anywhere in the U.S. except for Colorado or Connecticut
In this role you will:
Lead administration of company-wide rewards processes (merit, annual incentives and equity awards)
Lead Annual Rewards Review (including survey management, merit, Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) targets and salary structure recommendations)
Support a global organization with a variety of roles such as non-exempt, unionized, and sales employees.
Create and maintain tools for HR Business Partners to consult management on individual or group compensation actions
Conduct requirements gathering, testing and training
Advise HR Business Partners on compensation actions for employees using established structures and guidelines
Develop and/or participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
Proactively conducts external and internal compensation analysis and makes recommendations for individuals and/or groups, as needed
Manage compensation and employee data and reports in HRIS system (Workday) and market data tool (MarketPay)
Evaluate positions using established evaluation systems, and approves job titles, levels and FLSA classifications
Manage retention database and administration for retention payments
Provide support for recognition and service award programs and serves as a liaison to our external partners
Assist on various special assignments, as requested, relating to compensation program administration and/or providing information for management or HR Business Partner use
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
5 years of increasing responsibility within compensation
Advanced Excel skills
Preference given to candidates with experience creating content in Tableau and optimizing Workday and/or MarketPay
Strong preference given to candidates with at least 3 years supporting software business
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Project management skills
Vendor management skills
Customer service orientation
Flexible demeanor and the demonstrated ability to work as a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
5 years of compensation experience
