We’re looking for a passionate Configuration Analyst I. Is it you?
The Configuration Analyst I works closely within the Configuration team to ensure that client communications are accurate, up-to-date, and exceed the clients’ expectations of quality. The Configuration Analyst I main responsibility is to perform quality assurance related to deliverables and target audiences. They review, test and manage communications produced by the Content and client teams. Team members are expected to track and report on all deliverables.

- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all communications delivery.
- Perform data entry, formulas, and basic calculations in Excel at an intermediate level to deliver communications to the correct target audience
- Test and proofread client related content and communications in accordance with Evive style guide.
- Use internal tooling to deliver timely and accurate communications.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and exceed client goals.
- Maintain accurate tracking of all deliverables, including templates used, counts, and delivery dates.
- Respond to client demands, as well as internal requirements, while identifying and balancing competing priorities.
- Understand and apply all Evive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Incorporate A/B testing in communication materials.
- All other duties as assigned.
You bring a lot to the table.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience working in system/project management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, or Mavenlink).
- Superb attention to detail and layout consistency in data and writing.
- Knowledge of the benefits industry or health care space.
- Strong ability to understand complex logic.
