The analyst will report to the SVP, Strategy & Corporate Development. 

Responsibilities will include:

Support Ensono’s strategy formulation, articulation, and execution.
Assist in strategy development in key geographic and segment growth areas.
Understand and stay abreast of competitive landscape and markets.
Monitor technology and industry trends to support strategic and services direction.
Build complex valuation and transaction models to assess investments and acquisition decisions.
Support development of Ensono’s M&A strategy, including identifying acquisition candidates, originating deals, coordinating due diligence, financial modelling, and deal closing.
Perform ad-hoc financial and strategic analyses to support various parts of the business (e.g., sales, marketing, product).
Prepare and present management and board-level content.

Ideal candidate

1-2 years out of business school

Work experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate development or private equity

Extremely strong financial modelling skills

Familiarity with technology and public cloud

Ability to simplify complex concepts in a clear, concise manner

Ability to work in unstructured environment with senior level people

Excellent communication and presentation skills
