Job Description
With all of the digital transformation taking place across the McDonald’s network, we now have access to a growing and rich set of CUSTOMER DATA fed by tens of millions of transactions and digital interactions every day! Using this data is an important element in helping ensure the customer experience both in-store and out-of-store are relevant, and that we continue to improve the efficiency of our marketing efforts, so we can deliver on the convenience and value proposition that our customers love us for!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordination and interpretation of post initiative and McDonald’s marketing mixed model deliverables.
- Coordinate with various partners/departments to capture, synthesize, and cleanse data going into McDonald’s MM model.
- Investigate new ways to improve data collection processes for improved quality and speed of data.
- Responsible for conducting data quality checks and data aggregation of multiple data sources.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- You are an expert with Advanced excel techniques or other data munging tools.
- Do you have what it takes to be detailed and bring a big picture vision to the team?
- 1+ years working with data visualization tools (such as Tableau)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and database management
- Strong project management skills and ability to communicate with multiple partners
