Our Chicago, IL office is looking to add a new eCommerce Operations Specialist to our team. 

As an Ecommerce Operations specialist, you will be supporting our existing team and taking care of client requests on a daily basis. This position requires a strong understanding of our platform and services as well as deep knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures within the ecommerce industry. An affinity for troubleshooting and problem-solving along with a desire to exceed the expectations of our clients is a must. 

Working closely with Client Services, Customer Support and other teams, this position is an internal advocate for our clients and must have experience in navigating cross-departmental projects and communication. 

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting Client Experience Managers with managing relationships with clients via phone and email
• Handling day-to-day tasks and issues to achieve effective resolution and client satisfaction
• Evaluating client requirements and being responsible for proper implementation of these in coordination with 2nd level support
• Assisting clients in the optimal usage of our Ecommerce solutions by giving recommendations and supporting best practices
• Ensuring client satisfaction and client retention through the delivery of a valuable client experience
• Successful operational onboarding / migration of new clients including platform training
• Supporting internal Ecommerce Operations projects and initiatives
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal cleverbridge teams and client representatives 
• Evaluating account profitability through report analysis of metrics such as conversion rates and optimization
• Supporting continued development of internal processes and documentation

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role with digital commerce or subscription billing services
• Strong service-oriented attitude including interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a focus on the details
• Demonstrated success in achieving retention and long-term partnerships with clients 
• An affinity for technology and analytical skills
• Experience using data to build reports and analyze client metrics
• Strong communication and presentation skills to lead calls, gather requirements, present business cases and consult on recommended solutions and strategy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
• Supporting internal growth of team by training, coaching and mentoring more junior positions.
